My wife and I moved in here about 2 months ago! We have the kindest neighbors and the management team is SO awesome! The whole leasing process was easy for us and they helped us thru all questions that we had! Would highly recommend this apartment to a friend. While the rent is high for what you get, that’s kinda how it is everywhere in Flagstaff haha

We are fairly new tenants here at Ponderosa Park Apartments and couldn't be happier. Cheryl, the apartment manager, is very helpful with whatever we need and always has a smile on her face. Kip, the maintenance guy, is very responsive to any service requests and has been amazing with the snow removal during the latest snow storm (and all snowfalls). He always makes sure salt is on the ground and steps, so no one slips on ice. Thank you both for making our home comfortable.

During the pandemic, their staff disappeared. While staff claim "there's nothing that can't be done via phone or email", they don't pick up the phone or reply to messages. Now my lease is up, the rent is paid in full, and I am being charged an extra month for "insufficient notice," after trying to get a hold of them for a month--and by the way, my notice is still 30 days in advance. Whether the staff is doing this out of negligence or malice, I don't know.
All I know is that the property receives federally backed loans and is bounded by the CARES act not to go after people for penalties and fees

I lived here for 2 years and really loved it. I like to be in nature and this place definately has that. The staff is pretty good. I never waited more than a day for anything to be fixed. It looks like they've been torn apart on here by a couple angry people but I doubt its all true. I would say talk to the manager and be careful what you believe from other people. Angry people will say anything to hurt other people. I only gave 4 stars because these apartments are really expensive for what they are. I wish they had washers and dryers. I left because I found a place for less that has a washer and

They knew about the sewer leak since June 2018 when i fell through the kitchen floor cause the wood floors were wet and rotten. The black mold was so bad it was making my throat sore. I just cant believe this happened to everyone. They wouldn't let me break the lease then without sending me to collections and ruining my credit. I lost 6k because I had to move out and leave it vacant. BUNCH OF CROOKS!

This complex is the worst complex I have ever had the displeasure to visit. They have an active sewage problem at the complex. The problem started in the beginning of April and persisted through April and even in May at the time of writing this review. The complex forced their tenants to live in apartments that smelled of sewage for nearly a month knowing that their tenants were getting sick. After learning of the problem the complex moved another tenant in in the apartment right behind one of the affected apartments and they got sick within 3 days of moving in! What the heck?! Ponderosa Parkway Apartments lied multiple times to good friends of mine in regards to the safety and overall living conditions of their apartment. My friends were told that nothing was wrong, meanwhile they were continuing to get sick and not getting better. It took months after something was obviously wrong for them to speak up...various inspections, terrible smells, and constant sickness... only for them to lie time and time again. No one else should have to suffer, please don’t move here. Raw sewage flooded multiple entire apartments from underneath, eventually leaking through the floor and

Of course there are some things I wish were better: laundry in the apartment or at least more washers and dryers, cheaper rent (don't we all want that), and to never have upstairs neighbors. With that said there is so much that I love about these apartments. The management staff is absolutely wonderful. We had a few problems that they fixed right away and always very pleasant.
