The staff at The Six13 is very friendly and always goes above and beyond residents expectations especially as of recently. Kali and Tiara really understand our needs and it goes much appreciated. Highly recommend to any one in the down town area looking for a quality place to call home. Shout out to Adrian who's lightning fast on the service requests!

Having gone through a number of career-related relocations in as many years, I can say that without a doubt both my leasing and move-in experience with The Six13 as by far been the absolute best. Both Kali and Tiara assisted me through the entire process from the initial application process through even helping me configure the various access to amenities once I had my keys in hand. They continue to provide genuine hospitality, daily assistance for all of my needs (no matter how small or large) and do so with professionalism and warmth. This property is owned and run by edgreedy morons! Stay away from this place! if you have an electric car! no charging stations not allow to use electric plug even paying the power! Also the neighbor is unsafe at night. They want to evict me if I charge my FIAT 500e, probably for the monthly cost of 30$ that I will be happy to pay even with the ridiculous overcharged rent I’mpaying. Share this before they cancel. Stay away from this building! State alla larga da questo condominio, condividete. No se muden para este comunidad!

About a week ago I went to the Six13 Apartments to look at both the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. I was highly impressed. Upon arriving I was greeted by the leasing consultant (Andre Smith), which by far is a very pleasant, knowledgeable young man and was very informative. I certainly filled his head with so many questions :-). I do thank you Andre for taking the time to answer them all and for giving me such a great tour. The Six 13 is definitely a beautiful property with great amenities and a gorgeous view. It is close to everything that I am looking for and more.

I rarely have time to leave reviews; however, when an establishment stands out, I feel it's the least that I can do. Haley and the leasing team at The SIX13 are undoubtedly passionate and knowledgable about the development and the surrounding Flagler Village area. Professional and ready to answer any question that my client had, all while being careful not to crowd my clients and allowing them space to discuss how their thoughts on the building. I genuinely look forward to working with this team, again, soon and encourage any Agent or prospective tenant to visit and see for yourself!
