Poor security. Bike stolen from the bike storage, amazon packages stolen and management don't care. They make you pay rental insurance but only cover the building, so if something happens to your stuff sorry. You really pay a lot of money to live in a place that is safe where you feel relax, but I guess this is not the one.

I had the pleasure of meeting the leasing agent Stephanie while helping my client look for an apartment. Can't say enough about the experience. The service and professionalism was top notch. She is an asset to the company

If you go into the leasing office, go directly to Jeana. I had a terrible experience with the woman upfront, Stephanie. She was ZERO help with my situation. I asked to speak to a manager and she LIED TO ME and told me Jeana was at lunch and was going to be back in 20 minutes. She came right back in 5 minutes later, im sure she said that so that I would leave.
When I spoke with Jeana, she was SO friendly and SO accommodating right away. She handled my situation immediately and if Stephanie wanted to help, she could have done the same exact thing. She had a very snobby attitude and it was very uncomfortable

Love our new apartment!! The location and its ease of getting north and south sealed the deal for us. Our unit is spacious and has tons of storage space. Pool, gym and common areas are nice and well maintained. Jeana and Stephanie (leasing agents) were awesome to work with and super helpful especially since this is a second place for us. Highly recommend!!!

Such an amazing building. Built beautifully. The clubhouse and gym are amazing features. The gym has everything you need and more and the clubhouse is the only clubhouse I’ve ever actually used living in a building. They have coffee available In the mornings, just bring your cup. The staff has handled any and all problems and Stephanie in the leasing center is awesome and always makes sure my packages find me and reaches out to me constantly to make sure I’m okay and taken care of. Have 8 or so months left in my 15 month lease and if I can’t buy a home by then, I’ll definitely be resigning

It's been a few months from move in however, from the moment we walked in to the leasing office and met Stephanie till now, living at Pearl has been easy and stress free. Shout out to the professionalism in the leasing office. They were always up front and open throughout the leasing process. Maintenance has been prompt and efficient with every request. So far my time here has been free of issues, and any questions that have come up have been quickly answered. I've lived in managed communities in the past and my experience at the Pearl has shown me the difference between a simply managed property
