I tried to wait as long as possible to get Las Olas Walk back in my good graces, however, was left no choice but to express my disappointment for this complex after reaching out to management twice last week two different ways (via text option and through management office number) and still no follow up; even left a voice mail voicing my concerns. I have been here for 6 months and had my reservations, however, wanted to experience living here to see if they’d win me over and they did the opposite. The place is amazing - amenities galore, and full service gym open 24hrs. Location is in the heart of Las Olas and so much to do - beach a quick bike ride away too.
Stephen the lease agent is also the best in the business, and always so helpful when needed. Secured building and always kept clean. Also, has a little self serve 24hr market.

The package room is a disaster - no concierge to oversee and all packages thrown into one room. Some times takes an hour to find your package, and other times it’s stolen, as I’ve had two packages go missing. Managment just wipes their

Just moved into building having lived in adjacent buildings for the past 5 years. Still new here but the first impressions so far excellent and they naturally count. We love the apartment and are very pleased with amenities used so far (pool and minimart). The pool area is top notch and while active did not feel crowded over the weekend. You cannot beat the convenience of having a self check-out minimart in your building lobby when you run out of paper towels. Looking forward to testing the other amenities and especially the gym which looks great. Our few minor maintenance requests were addressed

We loved it here when we first moved in, and the building is still incredible, great amenities and location. The experience, however, is very poor. The internet in the public spaces frequently doesn't work, the package room never sends the code to let you know you have a package waiting, the trash for cardboard is always so full you cannot throw anything away, the tenants do not seem to respect basic etiquette (that is more on them than the building) and it feels a bit like a dorm

I just moved in and I cannot be any happier! The apartments here are absolutely beautiful and the amenities just speak for itself. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable and so courteous. Ask for Angie when booking a tour she has been fantastic and made the moving process very easy. I wish I would have moved here sooner!

I will like to say that Abimelec Rodriguez provided a great service helping me with the process of getting my apt. Mr. Rodriguez was very efficient with his communication skills. All responses were prompt and professional. Mr. Rodriguez was very friendly, patient and helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. The building is incredible location the people that live here are nice and friendly! The apartments are state of the art and are super modern and sleek. Being on the canal is really nice with yoga 🧘♀️ classes and events happening always. It’s a great place to live. I only wished I had moved in here sooner ❤️ The light in the kitchen flickers I hope that can be fixed once that is taken care of it then I am 100% a happy camper.

The card that I wrote should say it all. However, we've been here for more than a week now and only wish we would have done it sooner. The people here are great, amenities are fantastic and you couldn't ask for a better location. The staff at Las Olas Walk are extraordinary and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed!
