Bad managment, the lease is not followed only to collect rent on time or being charged the $100 late fee. No privacy in Your own apt. Many of the tenants don't care about the building & there is trash everywhere, noise 24hrs a day with the extremely thin walls and floors. This is considered very low quality because of the targeted income qualifications. You will have many complaints if your expecting a peaceful nice living enviroment. Ask questions before moving in...

Very walkable, loved location for those who love the downtown area, close to arts, cafes, restaurants, and nightclubs with everything within 5 miles radius. Some residents do not take care of the common area, can't imagine their units. It is mixed of educated and uneducated people living in affordable local. Friendly and professional management takes care of the building, (update) however, the owners don’t invest in what could bring a better atmosphere for everyone also increasing value to the property as recording cameras, trash containers all over the building areas, signs for pets’ rules

Placed a $170 debt on my credit record without ever contacting me. Kept my security deposit. I moved in April and moved out June of the same year due to thin walls, partying neighbors, and poor management.
Turned in all my keys and left the place clean.
Now I'm finding out, 8 years later, they are a delinquent account on my credit report.
Total scam section 8 housing.
Found some dude passed out in the lobby couches at 5:30 AM the day I decided to move out.
Bad area. Complete ignorant management.
If I could leave no stars, I would leave less than that.

It's not a bad place to live despite being next to the bus terminal ,and train station; interior design is nice but the quality of the items are fair,maintenance respond in reasonable amount of time,tenants are an eclectic group .I would definitely recommend it for someone who is in need of an affordable place. The surrounding are not breath taking or an eye sore,there medicore to say the least.The apartment are very spacious which is great.
