Place continues to go downhill. Not a professionally ran building.
The management will claim to be responsive but doesn't actually do anything to help. It takes multiple follows up to get anything fixed, there seems to be new maintenance people every month, they never come to fix anything when they say they are going to, the pool is always dirty, one elevator doesn't work half the time just to name a few items.
They recently put in a new gym and rehabbed the old one, but the new ceiling fans don't event work correctly. They added new "community spaces" that are only open when the office is open

Recently transferred from Chicago and like many people I had a lot of anxiety about where to live and where I would fit in. Oddly this little hidden gem wasn’t on my list to preview but luckily the rental sign outside steered me in. I new from the second I walked in this was it, Not your ordinary cookie cutter apartments here these have swagger and style. The extremely friendly staff was eager to help and show me around and made me feel right at home. First, not sure how anyone can leave a 1 star review for this GEM! The Exchange Lofts has been amazing! Don’t regret living here one bit. Amenities are well kept and the building as well. I feel like they clean the building every day because every time you walk in it has a fresh clean smell and the elevators as well. Very important to my family as we are in the middle of a pandemic and the building being extremely clean is a huge plus! Speaks a ton of the management who is amazing! The Exchange Lofts is the most unique living experience Fort Lauderdale offers. I moved here from a “cookie cutter” luxury building and haven’t looked back. Each unit is renovated, has tall ceilings and industrial finishes I’ve yet to see anywhere. There’s every amenity I could need and they are all well maintained. The rental and maintenance staff are excellent and the property manager, Johanna, is kind, responsive, and helpful with any concern. I love living here!

The Exchange Lofts have NO competition. Amazingly designed, edgy, upscale, beautifully appointed loft style living is right here in Ft. Lauderdale. The Staff is great! Amazing apartment, pool, view and location. Right in the heart of Fort Lauderdale with a perfect location. This is the best place to live in the area. It is a very Elegant Boutique. You will not find another apartment or building like it. We have recommended the building to friends who already rented.
