1540 place has been an amazing place to live. They have given me plenty of opportunities and has helped me out in so many ways. The management team is amazing and is very understanding when it comes to things that need to be done. Abby and Sidney have been amazing leasing consultants and are always there to help with smiles on their faces. They always are welcoming when you walk through the office doors and always care about your needs ! This is why I renewed my lease and is staying another year ♥️♥️

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The units are very nice. I have only been there 4 months but am pleased with my environment. As long as you are suited with the right roommates, everything goes smooth. I only wish all roommates were more social with one another. My only main complaint is maintenance has taken too long to fix things.

Best apartment I’ve lived in! I love it here. The only thing I can complain about is how slow it takes to get a maintenance request done. Other than that I love it!! Julia is by far the sweetest office member! I talked to her before I even moved in and she’s been here to help me with every single problem I’ve had. She doesn’t complain one bit and she’s always awesome!! My roommates and I always look forward to seeing her when we come by the office!

I moved in here last year because it was close to campus and I’m glad I did. Every time I go to the office to get a package I’m greeted with happy attitudes and smiles all around. I even ran into Julia, one of the workers in the office, on campus and she was very nice to me. Maintenance was fantastic when our washing machine broke and brought us a new one quickly. 10/10 recommended this place to any student!

Great place. People complain and leave bad reviews because they messed something up or didn’t do what they needed to do. I wish the people that have good experiences left reviews as much as those that have a gripe. The apartments are a nice size. The office people are always nice and doing events to keep the residents involved. The office has a good computer lab and gym are combined with an awesome pool. There was a fire last year and they really improved on the layouts of the building. This is one of the cheaper options in Murfreesboro and people complain. If you’re not responsible, just say

I love living here, although there were some minor cosmetic issues with my apartment. Nothing that really matters was wrong though. Value for money is good, office is incredibly helpful (@Abby, @Julia, & everyone else whose names I’ve forgotten). Quick to answer maintenance requests. Very inviting place for cheap, although it is very much a cheap-apartment.
