I’ve had a few friends stay in the complex before and the area is pretty nice not really much noise and the units are pretty spacious for the you pay. I thought it’d be a good idea to look into possibly renting here. While I did not get approved sadly, I was helped by Ms. Donna. She was super sweet, helped me through the whole process and was able to give me an update quickly.
So while I can’t say much about actually staying there I was very happy to have Ms.Donna help me out and make a great experience for me.

I visited the apartment and first off Ms. Donna, the property manager, made it feel really inviting. I looked at 2 bed 1 bath. The apartment was beautiful. A very spacious floor plan. It had been updated. I loved the flooring and the tile in the bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. It’s in a really good area. Also, it’s a Great option for students because it’s close to MTSU campus. I recommend University Lofts to anyone!

Donna has been very helpful throughout this whole process and even suggested a very nice assisted living facility right up the road for my Mom. We are all very excited to be moving from IL to TN. Only been 5 yrs since my children and I had talked about moving to TN. It's very beautiful and people I have met has been nice.

Donna is so sweet I spoke with her this morning about her complex and You can tell she actually loves her job. Shes so sweet and will answer any questions you may have. I just found this apartment complex on facebook marketplace today. I went and looked at it today and I am liking it it's spacious and very nice for my family. The surrounding is safe and efficient for my child. The office manager is very helpful and nice. I have a feeling we will do good here at university lofts in Murfreesboro TN thank you. Alexis

I’ve lived here about a month and no complaints so far. The bedroom and closet space is spacious and the apartments are well kept. Also the property manager is an absolute delight: friendly, super helpful, and very informative. Maintenance here is prompt with requests; they’ll handle any problems you have as fast they can. I’d recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to stay.

We moved in a few weeks ago and honestly love it. We've only ever lived in one other apartment, and we could literally hear every move out neighbors made, and they rented to the nastiest, rudest people, and it was a nightmare. So, we are hesitant coming here, but these are very well built. We don't hear hardly anything, and they hold air really well, so we're staying cool in this heat. We were accepted as tenants, based on our good rental history, age not judged by our credit, which is more fair than how other places choose who to rent to for sure. So, we're thankful, and we're happy!
