A wonderful place to live. The apartments and complex is clean and I felt very safe the entire time I lived there. It is easy to pay your rent and make service requests through the system they use.

This is a wonderful place to live! The staff are always willing to help with the needs of the tenants. It should be noted that the "psychotic woman" at the front desk, mentioned in an earlier review, is no longer there. The property manager is very accommodating and goes the extra mile to ensure that the tenants have a quiet, comfortable, safe and secure home. Should a maintenance issue arise, it is taken seriously and quickly resolved. I lived there for several months, and wouldn't hesitate a minute to live there again.

I’ve rented with a few complexes. This one has been the best one. For $700 at most (in some cases less than that) you get a one bedroom apartment, electricity, wifi AND cable. You share the kitchen and living room with two roommates, but the people I roomed with were reasonable; they screen throughly and make sure you’re rooming with good people. On site laundry facilities, cameras to ensure you’re safe. The landlady and owner are really nice and accommodate to your needs. Extremely affordable, all utilities included (internet, water, electric, cable), in the middle of town and across the street from mtsu.

Yeah this place would be alright if it wasn’t for the psychotic woman running that front office. I apparently just got evicted for keeping the microwave that came with my unit in the shared kitchen. So just remember if you move in DO NOT KEEP ANY OF YOUR STUFF IN THE KITCHEN! Not to mention there are dramatically too expensive for what they give you. Terrible wifi, electric fixtures dont work, and you have to worry about management keeping an eyes on you as if they’re your parents. Overall an outrageous experience. Kind staff, they make it feel like a small neighborhood. The rooms are very large, and the apartment is very easy to personalize to make homey. Maintenance sometimes takes a little while to fulfill a work order, but always get the job done correctly.
