I moved here from Puerto Rico, my daughter is at MTSU. Been here since August 2021. I must admit, I didn’t see the apartment before moving in. I thought it had 1.5 bathrooms, it didn’t, I work from home, so my office was going to be downstairs, but if there is not a half bath, I better put my desk upstairs , that’s why only 4stars. I love it here, had issues with wasps, roaches, they took care of it. The apartment is the right size. The maintenance Sir is amazing and the ladies at the office too. The complex is big, but it is quiet and clean. We really like it here.

I have not lived in Northfield Lodge for long, but so far everything has been great. It’s quiet at night and tons of families live here, which makes it a homey atmosphere. Before moving in, management called me and had to change our move-in date, but it was because they wanted to take the time to completely replace all the carpet (due to the last family making it “muddy”). This made me feel like they’re taking things seriously! My only true complaint is that there is no central AC/heat. I had to go purchase a window unit AC (but it feels great now!) I have seen complaints about mold, but

Northfield lodge is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. It was always something wrong. They never fixed anything. I had a big hole in the living room ceiling, water leaking all over the living room and ruining furniture. They did not replace my furniture... didn’t even fix the leak, only repaired the hole in the ceiling. When the water started to leak again the ceiling started to bubble and turn brown. They never answer the office phone. Management is horrible!!!

10/10. Some of the apartments are a little dated, but it seems that they’re trying to renovate them. I think most are done. Our’s is not (not all the way. We have new floors, a new dishwasher, and a new A/C. Thanks Brianna!). But since our’s is not fully renovated, our rent was lowered slightly to reflect this! And we are completely okay with that. The office is super responsive (often responding to emails within minutes) and are super helpful and professional. I highly recommend Northfield Lodge Apartments!!

I’ve lived here for 3 years. The first 2 were a little bumpy with the management under Elizabeth. We’ve had Megan here for about a year now and she is the best manager I’ve ever had and I’ve been renting for over 10 years..... anytime I need anything.... she responds within 30 minutes or less. She’s very professional and respectful. We were packing our stuff to leave because my family could not deal with Elizabeth anymore. Megan came in and completely changed everything for the better. Our bathtub started leaking this past wk and we called her and maintenance was out within 10 min fixing

My boyfriend and I moved here in September of 2019. We have had nothing but a positive experience! We got our Townhouse newly remodeled and for a great price! We absolutely LOVE Miss Megan...she is the property manager, and she is always willing to go above and beyond for any of her tenants! We have the best maintenance man out there! He is so nice and so quick about getting things done THE RIGHT WAY!!! I’m so happy that we chose to live here!

This was my first apartment and it was a nightmare! They told us that we would be moving into a renovated apartment and it was far from that. I attached pictures of an upside down door handle and cutouts of the drawers so that the oven could open. Not to mention, my fan had a missing panel. It is a cheap apartment complex but you get what you pay for. Management is far from professional, considering that they would not even take me off of the lease for months when I had fair reason such as; police reports. Do not bother living here and do not bother signing a lease because they do not follow it

The office manager, Megan, is absolutely all the above!!!! Shes very nice, very helpful, very caring! You can tell she enjoys her job! Shes always very helpful!! I feel so at home here! The maintenance guy is very nice also!!! I love it here! I definitely give them a 5 star rating!!!😊❤
