We were resident with Strategic property Management for 4 year and we loved working with them. They were always available to answer any of our questions. Their reaction time to solve any issue at the property was perfect. At the end of our lease Strategic property Management also help us finding our new Home for purchase. We work side by side with Jaime Sepulveda and the only things I can say are good things. With the help of Strategic property Management the transition to our new home was perfect.

With the exception of Mr. sepuldeva, I very seldom receive a response from management in a quick and timely response. Ninety percent of the time , I NEVER get a response. Case in point, I am in the Army Reserves and volunteer to join a unit that will deploy in 9 months, I called (I never speak to someone when I call), left a message about my pending deployment and the procedures to break my rental agreement due to military commitments. It has well over a month WITH NO RESPONSE. I do give compliments of their fast response of adding additional late fees when I do make late payments. LOL. In those

I have been with the team at Strategic Property Management for over 10 years. They managed my rental property in the San Antonio area and were always very responsive to both the renter and myself. Their communication with me was excellent. They went above and beyond many times by assisting with minor renovations between renters to ensure the place was able to get the most money possible. They also managed the major repairs after a storm one year, while having to deal with the insurance company and neighbors whose tree fell on the home. I have a rental property that SPM has been managing for several years. They are consistently responsive, a good steward of both the property and my wallet! They also do a very impressive job of providing photos in the monthly packets to illustrate any required maintenance work, as well as in their annual inspection report on the condition of the property. This level of documentation is the best I’ve seen from any management company.

SPM has managed my rental property for 10 years and recently listed it and sold it. I can not think of a better Management team. I lived half a country away and never had to worry about my house because they took such good care of it. They were always fair and professional with myself and tenants in the house and I completely trust them. They really made it headache free to rent and then to sell the house. It is rare to find a management team of this caliber and I could not recommend a better team. You will be missed.

I have been with them for close to a year now, started with buying a condominium to renting it out. My experience with them is great, no hassle at all. Their staff is very friendly and responsive. My whole deal from buying to renting to managing on day to day basis has been done over email and phone. Didn't face any issues in any of the paperworks and everything was taken care by Jaime and team. I would highly recommend them for any of your property management.

What a great company! We rented our house before we sold it and SPM was involved with both transactions. Couldn’t be more pleased with such a professional staff. I would recommend to anyone if you’re thinking of renting, selling or buying. You won’t be disappointed. Our experience was really awesome.
