Our realtor arranged for Hope to inspect a property that we’re looking to purchase. Hope was available to come out within three days of the request and inspect the property. The inspector was very knowledgeable during the inspection and promptly provided the written report the day following the inspection. I would certainly recommend them again.

Couldn't be there while the home inspection was being done as I'm living out of state so can't attest to much. My agent was present and was satisfied. The inspector called afterward to review findings and the report was sent the following morning, as promised. I have no complaints and four stars was given because a live person never answered the phone when I called. Seemed to be like a call center and the person couldn't give much detail about their inspections. I'm guessing they are busy, which is good.

Performed two wind mitigation inspections: one before roof change and another one, after. The reports looked like made of two different houses, and not only in the area of roofing, but in the Exterior opening sections (where nothing was changed), as well. And, regarding roof the first report clams in Secondary Water Resistance item 'A', which is the highest rating, but the second one, after new roof was put on, states 'C' which is water resistance is unknown. Unbelievable! The office clerks are rude and useless. Would not even listen your questions And the liability agreement

This wasn't the absolute worst home inspection we've had, but it was a sloppy, lazy, inexperienced job leaving us with a house with a lot of surprise repairs. He did the bare minimum...the kind of inspection a real estate agent hires to get the sale done. As a prospective homeowner these people are not on your side.
