Brett and Dustin have always been extremely professional and do a great job. Their report was thorough and they were sure to disclose things that they do not inspect so we were aware as buyers. I called WFHI last minute to inspect a foreclosure property that I was considering purchasing. They were able to fit me in on the same day and the office staff that I dealt with along with the inspector, Brett, were awesome. He arrived early and went above and beyond addressing my concerns about the property and also completing a thorough inspection. I chose not to go with this house, but will definitely use them on the next house.

My fiance and I recently purchased a new home. We scheduled a home inspection during the sale and (on a separate occasion) a roof certification. Both times, they were professional and polite. Our insurance company was rushing on the roof certification. A simple phone call to the office, and they exceeded my expectations is accommodating my requests.
