In order to understand why I am the best individual suited to provide you with outstanding inspection service you must understand what sets me ahead of the competition.
Our services are tailored to make sure that the integrity of the home is properly communicated to you before you close on your real estate purchase. Once you have taken advantage of our meticulous inspection services, we will provide you with a fully detailed report including photos and sometimes videos within 24 hours of the physical inspection.
Mike went the extra mile when inspecting our house! He included multiple pictures with detailed explanations and took the time to explain everything. We paid for a complete inspection. Buying the home online from a different state, relying totally on Mike to be our eyes. He didn’t even check the vapor barrier. We have several soft spots in the flooring of the home and the gutters are in terrible shape. All of these repairs are costing us about $13,000.00 to address. I would have preferred our inspector to uncover these issues not finding them after the fact of purchasing the home.
Still hasn’t been resolved and it’s 9/13/21. He has ignored phone calls, text and emails while my family and I still live in a house that needs serious repairs

Michael went above and beyond answering my questions prior to an inspection and after. He recommended great service people for items he saw needed to be repaired. I live in NJ and I purchased a lot in Florida to construct a vacation home. I sent an email to Michael's website and he promptly responded. From my first conversation with Michael, he spoke with me like I was an old friend. I was nervous about buying a home so far away and Michael calmed me down by patiently answering all of my questions. Michael first performed my pre dry wall inspection with an incredible amount of detail. The report was sent to my building supervisor with plenty of time to make all of the corrections. The pre closing inspection report was equally detailed with many many pictures

They found things in our new construction that would have slipped right past us in our walkthrough or even post closing. Michael is the absolute best for sure. He loves what he does and it shows. He takes his time to go all around the house and find every single thing that needs attention. Also taking the time to explain the whole process and everything that he is doing. Taking pictures of and having the knowledge of a for contractor. He even took the time to come back later in the evening when I had another question about something regarding my house. You’re not gonna find somebody who loves his job more and knows more than Michael. If I can leave him six stars I would and I’m being serious.
