My sister and I lived in their 47th Ave property for a year and a half. Our experience was great from the apartment we stayed in to the service we received when requested. Tobin Johnson our property manager there was very responsive when it came to concerns we expressed or work orders we needed. We called the apartment home for a year and half and loved it! If you're looking for a well managed apartment that's in a great location I would recommend contacting Kinetic Properties LLC and asking for Tobin Johnson!

Kinetic Properties (KP) came to me by way of a referral based on the mostly the former property management company that Tobin Johnson ran.  A quick review of the reviews of the former company revealed only one new one that was from a vendor regarding payment. Upon the initial interview  I asked Tobin if he was bonded and he said yes. However upon further investigation this has a proven to be false.  I asked him to provide me with proof which he never did. Shauna and Derek at Kinetic are attentive, professional and collaborative partners (and they have a sense of humor through everything which I really appreciate). Can’t recommend them enough, I spent weeks reaching out to company after company on Yelp, only to find out good management companies are hard to find in Portland. Many never replied, others didn’t have enough patience or process in place to make me feel like this was a partnership.

Kinetic Properties is amazing. Not only were they able to work with me on my credit but the whole experience was effortless. The for me into a nice place, that had a few minor maintenance issues. I signed papers at 4 p.m. on Friday, and Shauna and Tobin the ball rolling first off Monday morning. They even had private contractors out Tuesday to trim my blinds. By far they are the best property management company i have ever worked with. They are highly professional, very efficient, and all around kind hearted people.
