Dr. Mazda was good conversation and very welcoming but a bit long winded, especially while I had tools in my mouth. He provided a complete and thorough exam noting all needed work; however, I think this was by far the most painful teeth cleaning I’ve had and was a bit overwhelmed with the treatment plan. Ms. Erika was very pleasant and thorough, she was patient and kept the visit moving along.

Sabrina is the best there is. Hands down. Note to management: never let her go!!! So sweet, not judgmental at all, and extremely gentle and thorough. Dr. Hartman is also thorough, very gentle, and has great bedside manner. I appreciate that they're not alarmists. No complaints at all - and that's coming from someone who usually hates dentists.

I got a recommendation to Elite from a former office colleague and my visits have been wonderful. From the first moment as a new patient to recently when I show up with a possible cracked tooth, they are great. Good use of technology but a very personal touch with all the staff. They are always checking to make sure you are okay and answering any and all questions. My teeth are in much better shape than they were and the reason is Elite.

I've been hopping in between dentists since I moved to Arlington, but the search is over! I actually like Elite Dental so much, I'm considering staying with them when I move out of state even! I came here on recommendation from several coworkers that spoke very highly of them. As for why I like them so much, I've never had a dentist's office have all of the factors:

I have been a patient at Elite Dental for almost four years and wish I found them sooner! The staff is warm, professional, personable, and efficient (shout out to Sabrina!!). This year, I got a professionally fitted night guard after some hesitation and it was the best decision I made for my dental health (besides choosing Elite Dental!). The adjustment period was much shorter than I expected and my headaches and jaw pain are gone. I encourage anyone on the fence (like I was) to seriously consider getting one.

I used Elite Dental for a complete set of dental implants of my lower teeth. It was painful and very expensive but I believed them when they told me it was necessary. The actual surgery was done by an oral surgeon outside their office but they handled, through their lab, the fabrication and, in their offices, fitting the implants. I thought they did a good job. A year later, the implants worked well and I was satisfied.
My upper teeth were in much better shape but they subsequently convinced me that they, too, were all but lost and I would have to spend another $25,000 for a new upper set of implants

I have been a patient since 2011 and have Awesome results; dr. Dudley's expertise, compassion, patience, and outstanding finishing touches is amazing.
I went in for a dental consultation and treatment plan and was very pleased with the results. Their office staff is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and always willing to be of assistance.

Elite Dental is the best! I've been a patient since moving to Arlington nearly a decade ago. The staff is fantastic (especially Sabrina!). I finally got a professionally fitted night guard last year right before everything shut down for COVID, and it has made a huge difference. If you're on the fence, it is definitely work the investment - and the process at the office was super easy too!

The appointment was fine, but customer service and billing was the worst I have ever been associated. 14 months after expensive and possibly unnecessary work I started receiving bills from the office. I called several times with little to no help, a clerical error was made saying I was a minor that conflicted with my insurance (being mid 30s it has been a while since I was a minor). The lack of care after multiple calls and e-mails with so other dental offices in the area I would steer clear, their easy carefree dismissals of my issues doesn't appear to be a one off and probably treat other

Absolutely love this office all around. Everyone is extremely warm and welcoming, kind, and an absolute pleasure. I've been seeing Dr. Hartman since 2017 and have recommended her and the rest of the team to family and friends. I can't stress enough how much they care about their patients - so compassionate when delivering tough to hear news, and great when dealing with anxiety and fear around dental procedures. This office has changed my perspective on dentists all around. 12/10 would recommend.

This dentistry is amazing! My usual dentist just got shut down as he was a very small shop but incredible at his work.
I was very sad because I had been his client for many years. Then I was recommended this place, and I'm so happy I went in! Right when I came in I was greeted by a big smile and a welcoming staff. I can tell they love what they do just like my last dentist and I'm excited to get more check ups! You don't have to be scared of getting your teeth cleaned! This place made me comfortable and I'll definitely be back again!

I have been visiting this practice for over 10 years. They have really helped me with a plan to keep my teeth safe and healthy and are the reason I maintain a regular schedule at the dentist. I have had cleanings, fillings replaced and repaired, multiple crowns, and Invisalign. I always feel like they have my best interests in mind as they make recommendations. The office is so clean, convenient, and everyone is a true professional at their craft. If you are the type of person that hates the dentist, this is the place for you. I made a point of waiting over six months after the work had been completed to write this review to ensure I was 100 percent satisfied with my crown given my past horror story (see Lighthouse Dental in Arlington, VA).

Great dentist office! Visited for the first time today as a new patient and loved the experience. All the staff members are very nice and friendly, wonderful hygienist and my dentist Dr. Hartman was wonderful. She's clearly knowledgeable and was very professional during the visit. Elite Dental has provided excellent care and concern. I've been impressed with their friendliness and professionalism with patients. The staff is very knowledgeable about insurance and have been able to answer my questions and provide me with estimates on any procedures in advance. Dr. Hartman is personable and an extremely skilled dentist. I also appreciate the little things they do- like the samples they give out at every appointment, the water station in the lobby, and the calm, spa-like atmosphere of the office. I enjoy my experience at Elite Dental!

I wish I had the positive experience that others on Yelp did. I found Elite through searching Yelp, but my experience was subpar. I visited for the first time 6 months ago and my entire experience felt like an upsell when I was there for a routine cleaning. The hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth and had good bedside manner, so though I didn't feel incredibly comfortable with the business practice of upselling patients, I understand this is what happens sometimes so I planned to return for my 6 month check up. I can't say enough how much I appreciate this practice. Dr. Dudley is an amazing dentist, and just as cool as he is professional and skilled. Erika, the others in the practice, Liza who is as effective as she is caring about patients - this is hands down the best place to have your family's dental needs taken care of. I am very particular about my dentists so much so that before I found Elite Dental I was making 3 hr trips just to be seen by my family dentists. After realizing I should grow up & find my own practice in my area, I went on Yelp (because I use it for everything) to scope out the Arlington dentist scene! After going through all the great reviews, I submitted a request for an appointment through their website with Dr. Dudley. I hate the dentist. I've seen multiple dentists throughout Fairfax/Arlington, and I didn't like any of them. Then, a friend suggested seeing Dr. Dudley. Not only is he the best and super personable, but the Elite team is amazing and some of my favorite people. The office has the best high-tech equipment, TV's in every room, and just has a great vibe to it. Dr. Dudley and his team will make sure you're comfortable and relaxed, and will talk you through treatments and recommendations. He's also a super perfectionist, so I know he won't steer me in the wrong direction

Saw the 5 stars on yelp and I gave them a shot. This place lives up to its expectation. I have to say without exaggeration this has been the most pleasant dentist experience I've ever had. The location is basically hidden but when you get into the building and into the Suite you already feel like you're gonna have a good experience. It doesn't look or feel like a dentist office. There are refreshments and the staff in charge of signing you in are super friendly and weren't rude even once.
