I honestly chose this dentist because they're located really conveniently and am overall happy with their service! First appointment was a year ago and from what I remember it was fine, a little pushy about fixing a chip in my tooth, but overall good. This time I honestly really appreciated them a lot! Very unprofessional team. After my visit I called 3 times requesting to be sent a copy of my file. I was told that it'll be sent right away. I never received anything. When I called for a 4th time, I got told that it takes them 7 BUSINESS days to send me my file. Not only it takes them forever to send a simple email, but they also lie about it continuously. Now I have to go to another dentist and pay again.

Receptionist was on a personal phone call and bothered when I arrived. She would not provide the office managers name, email, or phone number.

I was told that there was one problematic wisdom tooth. I was 28 at the time, and three years ago falsely claimed I need a wisdom tooth extraction. Additionally, the procedure was botched. However, the bill was paid in full. Now, three years later, for some reason they reported the bill past due to a collection agency.

Similar to other reviews, dentist recommended a significant amount of work on my teeth. Did not get a 2nd opinion and proceeded to get the work done they recommended. Now I have to go to a 2nd dentist to get teeth re-checked. On top of that, their billing service is a mess, with little information given regarding how much you owe. They claim I underpaid, which my insurance company even refutes as at outrageous claim. Would not recommend.

What a joke... They tried to charge my girlfriend $6000 to have her wisdom teeth removed then the other detinst there said it did need to get pulled for at least another 3 years. They charged over a thousand for a "deep clean" and some x-rays. Huge scam.

Biggest SCAM EVER!!!! I went in knowing I needed a root canal as I have been holding off for years. Found them as an in-network dentist near the house. Once I got there, they were super nice...which was a little suspect. They checked me out and mentioned that my insurance would cover very little of my procedure because root canals are very expensive. They charged me $1400 out of pocket. The team of professionals who work at Gentle Care Dentists are the best I've had. After years abroad and one dental emergency in late 2016, this practice and their affiliate brought my mouth into the 21st century with their state-of-the art practice. I had a very nice first experience at Gentle Care Dentists.

I probably spent less than 10 min in the waiting room before going in for my cleaning. I did send in my information ahead of time on Zocdoc, so there wasn't much left for me to fill out on the patient forms.

They didn't inform me that my visit was going over my allotment for coverage for the year, so now I got stuck paying a bill over $130 instead of informing me that would happen. And they threatened my credit!

Very helpful and efficient - easy scheduling and the lowest wait time I have ever experienced in any dental office. They get you in extremely quickly which is great if you're scheduling an appointment in the middle of the work-day.
