My boyfriend and I moved into these apartments a year ago, and are renewing our lease! This is such a nice quiet community and the property managers and maintenance team are very responsive. Our apartment is very spacious and newly renovated.

The one thing that has set this complex apart from others is the effort the property managers make to know their tenants and to communicate upcoming events, various FYIs, etc.

It's nice to be apart of this community. We are very happy to renew our lease. Thanks Dave and Chona for being so welcoming!

My boyfriend and I just moved in and love it here so far. There is so much space in our apartment and we love the upgrades it has. The moving process was went super smooth and easy. Dave was so helpful and answered all my questions. We are so excited to be settled into our place here!

We have lived here four years and are about to renew for a fifth. Rents are reasonable. Excellent management and maintenance team. Very spacious apartment. Centrally located to everything. Nice neighbors. Can't say enough good things.
