The Limo Van will pick you up at one location, bring you to ONE or more of SIX WSC restaurants; Little Village - Airline or Downtown, Stab's Steak & Seafood in Central, Stab's Prime Steakouse in Bocage, Palermo Ristorante or Sammy's Grill on Highland Road. Our ride service is round trip and you will be brought back to same start location.
Services
Come "Wine" down with us every Tuesday and enjoy half off our excellent selection of bottles of wine $40 to $140. Come relax in our bar and enjoy a taste of two wine selections picked just for you. Also enjoy complementary pasta and cheese that our chef has prepared to pair perfectly with our wines.
Don't let the location in the Barringer Foreman Crossing fool you. While the outside shell sits within an upscale retail park, this newer, larger location has managed to perfectly capture the feeling and warmth of our original location. Dim lights, New Orleans-style black and white tile, exposed brick and a beautiful red-rouge color scheme set off the gorgeous 100-year-old beams that frame the dining room.
This is probably the most popular response to a first-timer's statement, "We're going to try The Little Village tonight." Our famous appetizer consists of a braided Italian sesame loaf, baked fresh to order. Removed from the oven, it's set on a platter, brushed with virgin olive oil, slapped with a dash of cracked black pepper and topped off with a coating of fresh-grated Romano cheese.
Today, most all of our authentic Italian specialties, prime steaks and exquisite Louisiana seafood dishes are lovingly prepared as directed by our founders, Vince and Stephanie "Miss Fanny" Distefano, over a half century ago.

Generations of Baton Rouge residents have grown up on this food, that, when combined with our intimate atmosphere of South Louisiana warmth and Old World charm, makes for a dining experience unlike any other in the Capital City.Come see us and taste for yourself why it's best that some things never change.

GREAT food here. Had the grilled tuna with steamed broccoli and the side Italian salad. Lobster bisque was some of the best I've had. Server was Mike and he was super friendly and helpful. Co-worker had the lasagna and said it was wonderful. If you are in the mood for Italian, this is your restaurant.

Although the atmosphere was very welcoming, everything that was brought out to my table was very bland. From the bread to the pasta! The side salads tasted as if it came straight from outside! Very disappointed in that experience. It was so bad i want to give you a zero, but i can’t! so i give you.. a 1

Start with the bread.. amazing..and the veal or steak is wonderful.... always...can't vouch for fish or chicken as I haven't tried those but I think they are good too...fried calamari is really good too! Red sauce is good and they now sell jars of it ..it's a great place for a special meal. Love the atmosphere and the attention to details. Linen tablecloth...ambience...has a bar if you need a glass of wine or Martini to start...

Haven't had this good of Italian food since we were up North. A little on the pricey side but we'll worth it, plus the bread is amazing.

Little Village always delivers when dining with them. I brought my office for a company christmas dinner this past weekend and everything was excellent from the appetizers, the STEAK WAS PERFECT, and the service was top notch. We try a different restaurant every year for christmas parties and Little Village Airline has been voted favorite restaurant among many of the big name restaurants in Baton Rouge. We will be back next year!
