Food was over seasoned. It’s always a hit or miss with the seasoning and flavor.
Seafood fried extra hard. Fries fried dried and burnt on most, and seemed to be from a previous order.
My condo is 3 minutes from the location. There’s no way my food should be cold when delivered. Rant over.
The Gonzales location is 1 MILLION times better !
Shout out to the young guy that runs this location. The team is impeccable and the quality has been perfected for years.

That place is nasty dirty. Walking in all surfaces are filthy. The menus are so dirty to the touch you feel it on your hands. The food is so soaked in butter you have to literally squeeze it in the napkin to possibly handle it. The sign says juicy. They aren't talking juicy as in moist but greasy buttery. My hands were so full of it . My husband and I basically didn't eat much of it and threw our money away. I love juicy not greasy all you taste is the lube not the food. I would have to say if they cleaned and I mean like pressure washed inside and stop all the lube and drain the stuff

Soooo there we were driving down the road looking for lunch and we happened to pass Raul's! We didn't know of this location! Now let me tell you when it comes to burgers I am an aficionado! Roul's is all about big fresh burgers. It's a good deal a bacon cheese burger and onion rings (really good onion rings) for $12.00! We sat and joked around with the staff, and when Julie noticed the wax paper in the bottom of the baskets had Fleur de Lis on them the staff got her all the information to buy some!! Ordered the philly cheesesteak, it was delicious. The order came with fries and drink. I am from the philly area and I would come back to eat it again. It was cheesy, the meat was cut thin but meaty. My sole critique would be the bread, it is thin bread and I'm used to thicker french bread.
However great spot to eat! Cooked to order, you can see them cook the food, it smells great.

Ok so the food was ok. We got their cheeseburgers which were mostly soy not 100% beef and not juicy. It was hot and fresh. My husband got a salad and he didn't eat it. Kids got kids shrimp and it seemed fine maybe it's more of a P.O.'boy place than a burger place? The fries were average but they were served hot and fresh. Not much drink choice we had to get water they didn't have tea. Probably won't be back there are much better places in town.

Raoul's burgers are just what he says they are, juicy juicy! Delicious hand formed patties, seasoned and grilled right in front of your eyes! You can't beat the prices! $10 for a burger that's large enough for two meals, fries and a drink! Often times, you will be lucky enough to meet Raoul himself as he grills your burger! He is a very friendly man and a pleasure to meet! But back to the delicious food! It's always served hot and seasoned and it's always full of flavor! Never had a bad burger from raoul's. A very good burger. One of the best mushroom-swiss burgers I've had. With grilled onions and mustard, it was just right. Meat was cooked a bit on the rare side of medium, and appeared hand pressed (not frozen and pre-formed).
My wife had a regular burger which she also said was very good. Fries were okay - could have used another couple of minutes in the fryer. Onion rings were nice and crispy, though. Both were sprinkled with Tony Chachere's - I'd prefer to add that myself, but they were still pretty good.
