This team is fantastic. I worked with Fogarty and Fugate to purchase my first home... they were so responsive and made the experience really easy, educating me along the way.
One moment that stood out was how committed Kelli was to fighting for us. The seller's attorney and real estate broker were a real case. Unresponsive, sloppy, blurring lines... one day before closing, the seller's attorney made us aware of a large special assessment being voted on the HOA next month (something that should have been disclosed 10 days into the contract). Lauren and Kelli were incredible partners in the closing of my first condo. The amount of silly questions I asked I'm sure was limitless but Lauren and Kelli never made me feel this way. These are the people you want to call for your real estate needs. Don't use a cheaper/lesser attorney thinking "Well, how complicated can it be?" "It" can get REALLY complicated, hopefully it doesn't but if it does you're screwed without a good real estate attorney. Kelli and Dean and their team are the best. Just purchased our first home with Kelli representing us. During the transaction we worked with her, Dean and their paralegal Madeleine. Everyone was responsive, helpful and patient. Since I was new to the process, I had a ton of questions and they were happy to answer all of them.

We worked with Kelli on the purchase of our first home! As soon as we got in touch with her she went straight to work, I can tell she put a lot of time in to the review of the documents, kept in constant contact with us about any changes made to the contract, what it meant for us in terms of protection or potential impact. My husband and I just closed on our first home in Lincoln Park, Chicago, this morning and we had the pleasure of working with Kelli Fogarty on the sale.
