A typical inspection should take 2 to 3 hours to complete. This can vary, given the current condition and size of the home, and the accessibility of mechanical systems. The inspection software we use generates a PDF. The report includes a summary, and detailed information with photos for each section we are inspecting ex: Roof, Plumbing, and Electrical.
