Jon inspected our new home a few weeks ago, and he provided stellar customer service and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an inspection.
Jon's inspection was very thorough and he literally checks every nook and cranny on your property.
What really impressed me and confirmed that he was an honest person was that he wanted to discuss any potential things that may have been a red flag or something that would make us not want to proceed with the home.
After we had that discuss, at the point he did the sewer scope. He didn't want to do the sewer scope until we confirmed

Jon came to locate our sewer line for us on only a couple days notice when the city couldn't tell us where it was. Our house is old so it was quirky and complicated to locate and took several different avenues to do so but he was persistent and knowledgeable in the different ways to get it located. After trying several entry points, he was able to locate it and mark it for us. We even got a video of the sewer line so we knew what was going on with it and the kind of condition it was in to keep for later use as necessary. Great customer service and would absolutely use them again.

Mr. Jon LaRose of Sound Structure recently performed a home inspection for my husband and I. Mr. LaRose was very thorough in his home inspection. He verbally went over the inspection with us answering any questions we asked. In a prompt fashion he emailed us a detailed report of our home inspection including photos of any issues found. Mr. LaRose is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and brings snacks as the home inspection is lengthy. I would highly recommend this company.
