We list your home for rent on more than a dozen high traffic sites. We showcase your unique home with many high-quality photographs along with a detailed marketing description. Furthermore, we respond to inquiries quickly to answer questions and schedule showings. Although we want to rent your home quickly, through our extensive tenant screening process, we ensure rental to qualified applicants only.

We are out of state owners who were going through a nightmare of neglect from our previous PM, so we gave John a chance. We had non-paying tenants, abandoned and damaged units, and John got everything fixed, up and running with new tenants. He always responds quickly to e-mails and phone calls. He's honest and professional.

Been using Sensible Home Management for my property for a year now and the process has been smooth. Payments are received on time from the tenants and John is extremely responsive to my questions and I haven't had any issues. Also he was able to get me more rent then some of the other bigger companies that were telling me my new house in an ideal location wouldn't be able to rent out and were low balling me. Overall, I recommend!

I wasn't happy with my previous management company so I switch to Sensible Home Management and worked with John. He was very professional (unlike what I had experienced before) and all of my questions and concerns were laid to rest. If you are a tenant, steer clear of this "company" (it is just one guy with no office, no staff, and zero accountability). This guy specializes in attempting to intimidate tenants that don't have the wear with all to defend themselves for the benefit of property owners that don't want to make necessary repairs or meet building codes. Expect any property that John manages to be in poor condition and expect him to be as intransigent as possible when it comes to making repairs. You will have to continually cite the law to him to get even the simplest repairs completed. Once repairs are "completed

We came from another property manager that was a nightmare to deal with. Sensible Home Management came to the rescue and got our units up to par by coordinating the maintenance as well as getting the units filled with quality tenants. We couldn’t be happier with Sensible Home Management. If you are thinking of switching property managers, or you are in the market for the first time, Sensible Home Management is a no-brainer. I know the road of investing in real estate can be a bumpy one at times, but they have made the process smooth sailing for us. Such a breath of fresh air!

My wife and I recently changed management companies due not receiving accurate statement and not addressing tenants late payments timely. Since switching they have not only removed our non paying tenants but have placed new tenants that pay on-time and appear to take much better care of our property!

John Abolofia is a very knowledgeable and personable individual who is easy to work with. Because he is younger, he is very up to speed with the property management industry and the rental market. I deal with many properties in the South King and Pierce area and he is my go-to person when it comes to management. Sensible Home Management is a great company to work with; they have great ethics and they know what they are doing.
