The visuals are nice but that's about it. The management was awful and their internal rules for how they handle the contracts are terrible.
Once you tell them you have a pet for that pet rent to be removed they demand that you, the human, must leave. Nevermind if your pet died or found a new home. Nope. They will keep charging you for a pet that no longer lives there.
Another major issue:
If for some reason you have one awful roommate who refuses to sign any forms regarding leaving, then their contracts are written to keep charging everyone rent for the next five years even though they don't

This review is based on the exceptional customer service by Anna and Jana in the leasing office and the awesome maintenance team including Chris and Craig. This is one of the nicest apartments I have ever lived in. They do an awesome job keeping the entire complex beautifully landscaped and clean. Maintenance is very responsive and diligent. Our mail carrier Mario is da bomb. It's very quiet and peaceful. Very easy and close access to grocery stores, the business park and the malls/shopping. I highly recommend Providence Place Apartments!!!

My friend lives here. Lots of apartments. Close to the town of Providence. Clean grounds except for the owners of some dogs. Only around the dog parks watch your step. Other places it clean. Its a bit of a maze getting around the first few times. Everything looks the same. The grounds are well kept. The park is tiny for children. Two swings, a climb on apparatus and a slide. A couple tennis courts. It's pretty quiet. A nice place to live.

The maintenance team of Craig and Danny have provided us excellent service. Not only have they fixed a few items that were overlooked in preparing the apartment for us but they have been most helpful in giving us good advice on how to make our stay more pleasant and trouble free. And, all is done expeditiously.

I am so pleased thus far with the services I've received. It's hard to find great customer service. I found it at Providence. Everyone I encountered was super nice and ready to help. I must say, hats off to Caitlin. She went above and beyond to help me get a place at Providence. She shared my pain. Never felt so helped since I have been here in Huntsville. I lived at Providence Place for just under 2 years and enjoyed my time there very much! The location can't be beat and the staff were wonderful to work with! Anna, Jana, and Craig are the best and were always so friendly and willing to help in any way possible. The gym and pool were great and the monthly resident activities were always lots of fun. If I had not bought a home, I would still be living there today!

The office staff are friendly, attentive and will go the extra mile for you. The maintenance staff is responsive, friendly and reliable.
Another resident commented that this place has great "walkability", which is how we describe living here now.

The apartment staff, and the maintenance personnel are very attentive to your needs. They strive on keeping things working for a smooth living experience. The apartment community is within walking distance to several great restaurants, bakery, and a wine shop! We love that it's dog friendly, have an option for a garage(s) , and a car wash that we use weekly.
