Moved in on December 7th. Heat went out during the night my first night staying there & wasn't fixed until the morning of the 9th. It went out again last night & had to be fixed this morning. Washer wasn't working upon move in either, it was replaced the 10th & the new one is having the same issue as the first (Not draining or spinning). Today is the 12th & my dryer isn't working anymore either.. .

These apartments are the same as Stone Crossing Apartments so if you want to see truthful reviews from before the name change, search for Stone Crossing instead. I haven’t lived here for 2 years thankfully but came to take a peek at the reviews to see if anything has improved and looks like things took an even worse turn than what it was before. No one is at this office to help me! I keep asking and waiting to be moved because of my safety and things falling apart in the apartment. I’m paying 2021 prices with a 2001 apartment! There’s still concerns for my safety especially the gate doesn’t work and no one is doing anything about it. The fire place doesn’t have a brick boarder to avoid fire hazards. The upstairs leaks into my down stairs apartment. The cabinet doors keep falling off. The cabinet floors are caving in and have been since moving in, in November 2021. Lovely staff. Great girls working in the front office. Great guys working on the grounds. They keep the areas around the apartments neat. They have installed a gate at the front now. The office staff will accommodate any need you have about rent and the apartment itself. I’ve called this place home for 3 years and it’s gotten better the longer I’ve stayed.

I absolutely love the turn around to this property and all of the new renovations! It has an impeccable location and sweet office staff. The maintenance team is always working hard and try their best to take care of things in the most timely matter. With all of the new additions to the property I really commend this staff for holding it together honestly. & I also love my floor plan sizes.

Don't waste your time or money. Move elsewhere unless you are okay with your car being broken into every week and all of the other issues. This complex is not worth it. The "renovations" are literally just a band-aid on top of existing issues. There is also an issue with poisonous spiders and pest control is hardly ever seen even pre-COVID. Also, none of your work orders will ever make it into their system so nothing ever gets fixed. My ceiling has water damage that is constantly growing.
