The manager screamed at my family members and I as we were trying to clean out my recently deceased father's apartment because we used the incorrect cart. I have never been met with such awful treatment and complete lack of empathy. Avoid at all costs, these people should be ashamed of themselves for how they treated a grieving family. They made an already difficult & emotional experience as awful as possible.

It's in a poor neighborhood that raises some concerns but the apartments are gated and enclosed so I'm not worried about anyone breaking into them and hurting my gramma or anything. The management is really nice, and the apartments are nice too and well kept. They do smell a little bit. One unit smelled vaguely like smoke and the other one smelled kind of musty but it wasn't overpowering. They're very affordable, $530 for a studio and they do have income based plans as well. Overall I liked them!

This is a nice place. I wish they had laundry facilities on each floor.

Granny lived there several years. Her first independent apt. On 3rd. It was one bedroom. Quiet. Secure. Hope our Mom gets in there she needs that type of busiess vs. What she has no choice to put up with.

God's waiting room. Do not put your loved ones here. If you visit them the other lonely old people will get jealous and make all sorts of baseless complaints. It's a terrible place to live. I'm glad I got my mother out of there

This is a very well-maintained residential facility for seniors with about 200 Studio and one bedroom apartments. The common areas are beautifully decorated and there is plenty of comfortable space for the residents to share, including a large parlor and a meeting room. The front desk is manned 24/7 and all visitors must sign in. Residents must be able to live independently, but the staff knows each of them and keeps an eye on their safety and well-being. There are regular events offered, like exercise classes, religious services, and health check up, as well as seasonal events. The apartments
