Cabana Apartments

I previously posted a review about Cabana Apartments as a angry resident. It’s been months since the review and I can see a difference in the management attitudes. They immediately made changes to reoccurring issues. I would greatly recommend them for anyone looking for a small place to call home for a second! Thank you management!

If you're looking for a comfortable place to live, then avoid these run down roach infested apartments at all costs.

This is my first apartment and it has been the worst experience. The leasing office management is unprofessional and consistently LIES for no reason! (Assuming they recognized my number) they don’t PICK UP AT ALL. Literally had to make a fake number for them to answer. Overpriced. My apartment still hasn’t been fixed since I signed the lease but I’m the problem. False statements. The area is pretty quiet that’s the only PRO.

Do NOT LIVE HERE! The roaches are everywhere even after BOMBING THE APARTMENT! THE MANAGEMENT IS RUDE AND NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE OF ANYTHING! THE NEIGHBORS ARE RUDE AS WELL! THERE IS A PARKING CRISIS! THESE APARTMENTS ARE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND WE WILL BE MOVING ONCE OUR LEASE IS UP! I WOULD RATHER SLEEP IN MY CAR!

Management is awful. Do not live here. Kim is an awful manager. She's a liar & a disgrace to people who are true managers!! Do not live here!

Been here for six months. One of the best places I've lived. Quite, clean, and Ashley is wonderful!

Management is very sweet and VERY responsive!!! Over all it’s been a great experience living in the cabana but the area is a little risky with being a single mother of a two year old. Security needs a little work & other residents are not mindful of others but that’s any apartment complex of course!! There are two pools that are very nice and deep and the laundry mat is very big! If you need an affordable place to stay with great management who will respond to you anytime Cabana is your new place to call home!!

I have loved living here and have really felt welcomed by the staff! They always let us know about upcoming events and are always incredibly responsive! It’s a clean and quiet neighborhood. With the interior renovations and the new pool, Cabana is a great place to live

I’ve been living in these apartments with my finance’ for two years now and we have really enjoyed ourselves. The apartments are newly renovated, clean, and cozy. Kim has always been so sweet to us and the people in the office are also always eager to help us if ever we have a maintenance issue. Also, the birthday balloon and candy that was put outside of my door really made me smile. The pool is clean, never too crowded. Same for the gym and laundry room.
