Great property management company and great people to work with. I have used Hamlett for about 11 years for my Huntsville investment property and also have recently used David to sell this property. I can't say enough great things about this company as they are friendly, helpful and got the work done on the property in a timely manner. If i decide to buy back into the Huntsville area I will definitely use Hamlett Property Management.

We would like to express our appreciation to Mr. David Edwards for being our real estate agent. The sale of our house came much faster than we had originally anticipated and also it sold for more than we expected. We don’t think we could have done this without him. He took us through the process step by step. His involvement in the sale of our home was the best decision that we made concerning the whole thing. Love the home I'm renting, but wheneverthere's a problem it takes awhile to get resolved. I haven't had heat for 3 days now and it's been below 40 degrees. I'm assuming whomever owns the property has to approve what can be done or something. I just don't understand what's going on because this is not right. If I have someone to come out I will not be reimbursed. Well update someone came out today took care of it. ..Did anyone have a problem with getting their deposit back or info on what you were charged? I've been waiting two weeks still no info. When I moved they sent the info to property I moved

I have researched almost every rental company in Huntsville. Hamlett Management is in the top 3 without question.
PROS: Family-style business, very friendly, AWESOME VALUE, great locations if you're patient with the market.
NEUTRAL: Repairs took a while, but no longer than I would expect considering factors like weekends, the number of tenants they manage, and the size of the management team. Not an excuse, per se, but patience is always a virtue. They are very, very kind and helpful if treated as human beings.
CONS: If you want fully-digital paperwork, rent payments, and maintenance requests

My wife has been using Hamlett Property Management to manage her property for nearly a decade. We are in the military and do not live locally. Hamlett has always taken care of her property. They are professional and clearly communicate any issues with her home. They provide solutions to any problem that might arise and properly sound guidance on how to proceed. We will continue using this fantastic company for as long as we have that rental property.

I have been working with Hamlett Properties for the past 4 years. They have been beyond wonderful to work with! David is always willing to spend time to explain everything and the girls at the office are always kind and helpful.
