Mr Herrera helped me find my first snowbird condo rental in 2020. He took my son to see the unit and they made a video tour for me. So helpful when you are thousands of miles away! This year he helped me find my "forever" Florida home! Lots of video tours to find just the right place. When I finally got to Florida all the transactions went smoothly. I had an excellent experience with Sandro and crew from Oasis Capital Solutions. Renovated a condo for me to make it move in ready for a tenant. They started promptly doing the work. I had kitchen, painting, and bathroom renovations done. Pictures were sent to me after each completion. Couldn't have done it without their help. Would highly recommend their services.

Sandro was awesome. With less than 1 week to find a new place, after being disappointed by the lack of response when trying to use Trulia and Realtor.com. I crossed paths with Sandro. He listened to my needs...a place that would allow a big dog was my priority, safe area and value for money. He provided me with listings and confirmed appointments and drove me to the showings. Down to the wire he helped to find a place that met my needs. He followed up to make sure the items the landlord kept to items stated in the lease to be supplied were kept.
