We had a fantastic stay at the apartment in Greenwich Village, New York during our stay. The location, size and lay-out of the apartment, beddings, towels, kitchen, all top notch. So easy to get to several subway stations, walking distance to Soho and other parts of South Manahattan, groceries, restaurants, specialty stores, all nearby. Can highly recommend the property to anyone who wants to visit New York and is looking for a stay in a high quality apartment.

This lovely apartment is at the perfect location with walking distance to for example Soho and Fifth avenue! The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a luxurious feeling to it. Here you have access to everything you need and want! We have had a fantastic stay and could not have asked for more. I highly recommend this apartment!

Stayed in the Greenwich Village location for two months while our kitchen was renovated. The apartment is superb - large yet cozy with 1st class finishings. Our family of 5 with three dogs enjoyed our stay so much we are thinking of moving to the neighborhood! The host is attentive, nice and a real doer. Thanks so much for having us!!!!

New York is one of my favorite places in the world. I was stationed in NY for two months for work and had the great pleasure of staying with abcstay. First, the location is the best. Close to everything and easy to find transportation simply waking out the front door. I stayed on the 3rd floor in the rear unit and the light steaming into the house warmed my heart every morning. The mattress was like a dream come true and the shower was simply perfect. I highly recommend staying here. The hosts are always available and very attentive.

I absolutely loved staying in my chic spacious charming apartment in one of the best neighborhoods in NYC. Rebecca was always on call for anything I needed. I felt like I had a family member looking out for me. The Dreambed, washer/drier, state of the art tv, as well as the high ceilings and old world charm made my extended NYC moment the most peaceful and productive it could be. I recently stayed at one of the apartments at Greenwich Village by ABCstay and it was fantastic! The apartment’s decor was cozy and tasteful, a perfect getaway from the busyness of the city. The location was also a huge plus because of its proximity to Washington Square Park and West Village. Would definitely stay here again!

These guys are great, really professionally run, awesome clean apartment, and killer w village location. Close to everything, 1 train on the corner, Carmine St and 6th ave have awesome coffee shops & restaurants - we left the city a couple years ago and this was a perfect place to come back and take advantage of all the stuff we love about downtown. This is a good one.

The apartment I rented through ABCStay was great: the location in Greenwich Village (a couple blocks from Washington Square Park) was the best - for restaurants, groceries, shops, and walks in the neighborhood, and easy to get to other parts of town. The apartment itself was very spacious, with large rooms, high ceilings on the first floor, and nice, updated bathrooms. Very clean and well furnished; good quality linens, plates, glasses, etc. The charming back garden was a real plus. The managers were easy to deal with (we rented the apartment after leaving a very disappointing apartment rented
