Services
This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income.
Certain floor plans may have different amenities depending on when they were updated, what building they're in, etc. To tour our floor plans and see what amenities may be available, please contact us. As a local resident of this complex. I love them, my neighbors are friendly. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing at times. And the managers they are friendly as can be Mrs. Marissa really seems to care about her residents and making sure everything is okay with them.
The only thing I hate about it is that sometimes the trash service is late to pick up trash and lacking on their schedules but other then this I rate it a 5

Great Morning, I wanted to take a few minutes to say "THANK YOU" to Armond one of our Maintenance Men. I am so proud of him and how he took the time on Saturday night to clean up the dumpster area by my building after hours!!! All of our maintenance men are wonderful to me and I am "GRATEFUL". Armond has become one of my Adopted Texas Children anything I ask of him, it's done very respectfully and in a timely manner!!!!! Again Thank You for going above and beyond Armond. Blessings and continued favor upon your life!!!!
