WARNING ‼️ DON’T DO IT‼️ WORST PLACE TO LIVE‼️ Very unprofessional staff, they take long to get things done. Roach infestation, Make sure you check your account ledger, they will charge you extra if you’re not paying attention. Make sure you take pictures and videos of your unit before and after, otherwise you will be charged for things you didn’t do.
The manager Amerika, is by far the worst person ever to deal with. She is very rude, doesn’t let you get a word in edge wise, her words are the law, it’s her way or the highway.‼️ Or you will pay‼️

Is been an awful moving experience from having to rescheadule my moving people up to 4 times because the apt was wasn’t ready. Although the assistant manager apologized and was trying her best to fix the issues they had! When I tour my apt I was so disappointed it had so many flaws. The whole apt looked like it had been restored by a beginner and not a professional as it should have been. All cabinets and walls looks like they have up to 10 layers of paint and I’m not even joking. Toilets in both restrooms are very loose and super old. One night in the apt and is infested with roaches . Totally

I have lived here for 3 years. I like my apartment and the fact that its bug free. However trying to reach someone in the office or get them to reply to an email is another story. I have left multiple voicemails and emails and hardly ever get a response back. Also the parking for residents and visitor's is just ridiculous. If you have a problem with the parking they expect you to take it in your own hands and call the towing company. There are abandon cars that I have informed the office about and they don’t do anything about it. They just respond with have you called the towing company. It seems

My husband and I have been moving apartments every year for eight years, the reasons have been either because they are too small, ugly(we never get to see it before signing the contract) or because maintenance and managment it's bad.
This is the first year that we decided not to move-out and stay living in these apartments because maintenance always comes quickly to fix any issues we have, the staff is helpful and friendly. Excellent place to live, nice and comfortable.

Overpriced on the things we gotten from this apartment, first moving in the wood floors had been teared up. The blinds from the living room had 4 sliders that were missing, everything was dirty from the bathrooms as well as kitchen they gave us a stove that had only 1 working burner called they did nothing they had fixed it within 5 months later and it still continues not to work, they also charge $5 a month for bug problems and to say they don’t do nothing the roach problems here are unbelievable as well as there are too many slugs on the porch, now I’m having a

If I had reviewed this complex within my first few months of my lease, it would have been five stars. They must have had a change in management, my last couple of months here did a complete 180. Good luck trying to get in contact with the office. Barely answered the phone and never returned calls. Never replied to emails, and rarely was there anybody there when I checked. I had to move for school, and the lack of communication made that transition much more stressful than it needed to be.

These apartments are nice and the lady in the office is really sweet. She was very patient with me since my little one was acting up. She showed me their apartments in the inside and they were huge. Loved that it had washer and dryer connection set up. The playground can use a little touch up but other than that I’m sure my kids would have loved to play there. Stopped by here to look for a 2 bedroom for like Monday and they did not have any, I like the area because of the middle school nearby for my kids. If I cannot find anything I will come back.
