I will always be traumatized by the roach experience I went through at this complex. I have never seen so many roaches in my entire life; it was horrifying. I couldn’t even sleep at this apartment. And when I did I kept ALL of the lights on. Never ate or cooked inside of the apartment. Roaches crawled from every cress, crevice and crack you could think of. There were even roaches in the bedroom!! How roaches crawl from underneath the carpet and up the walls in the bedroom is beyond me. All management did was put a gel down. They need more than gel; that place needs to be rebuilt from the ground

The staff is nice especially Katie is very attentive and professional..! Addressed all my questions and concerns. I did run in to a few issues but those were fixed literally the next day! Which is really good that the staff cares and listens to their tenants I’ve been here for a week now and it’s been good! I would recommend this apartment complex to others. For sure service is great no roaches or anything lol

We moved here a few weeks back and everything has been great so far. Malshon helped us with touring the property and with the leasing process. He is a fun guy and we had a nice leasing experience due to him. If you are looking for an apartment in Irving, check this apartment out. It’s definitely a good one, if not the best, in the area.

Trying to find an apartment long-distance is NOT easy. My boyfriend and I met Malshon on our visit to the area and he was so nice and accommodating, as we only had 2 days to view properties in person. Creekwood Apartments was a great place for my husband and I to live! They have a courteous staff that's really willing to work with you on almost any issue. Maintenance is prompt. The staff are genuinely interested in how you feel about living here. They are willing to get to know you which makes for a great experience all the way around!
