Megan is no longer associated with this property. Please do not lease here based off her good reviews.
The owner of this property refuses to hire maintenance or a full time property manager. He intends to self manage and unfortunately the people here will not be taken care of how they deserve.

I moved out in July and I have been calling the office and leaving messages concerning my deposit. I haven't heard anything from anyone. I will be taking legal action at this point. Be aware!!!!!

So many years here and the change the new management has brought is insane. Megan is the best and is always willing to help out in any given situation. Definitely enjoy seeing everyone putting in a new sort of effort to the property.

Property is under new management. Megan made my moving experience so easy. She is very patient and on top of things. The community is very calm and there is cameras installed on the buildings which makes it even better for us. So far we love it here!

This property has been taken over by new management. The new owners are making tremendous efforts to ensure the property is safe by installing cameras on the outside of all the buildings. When maintenance is called upon, they show up and complete the jobs in a timely manner. In addition, the staff is professional and kind. The amount of work they have taken on from the previous owners is tremendous, but they are working diligently to improve these town homes. As my first home here in Texas, I am grateful for the work ethics and professionalism being exhibited.

Just moved in. This place is amazing! New management is the Best that I have experience! Megan knows what she is doing and without any hesitation she will get things done. I love that as a single mom, I feel safe with my kids here. This property is a very family-friendly environment!

This place is a bad idea, no parking and they charge for everything. They rent parking spots to several people from the same apartment, so that you have to rent a spot just to have somewhere to park. They charge water, trash and anything they can think of. The lady manager is never their always looking to see what type of fine she can give you. My suggestion is to avoid this place!!!
