We were very recently advised by our landlord that he was in the process of selling our building and that we would have to find a new location. Through a realtor friend I was able to get in contact with Eric Kuhn of Pillar Real Estate and the search began. Andrew Carlino from Pillar worked diligently to sell our commercial building. He did many showings and kept us informed of the progress of each one. Andrew also took care of local tradesmen that were needed to keep the building in top shape. We live an hour away from the property and really appreciated his efforts to keep our travel to the property only when needed. He also took care of the local township requirements for us.
