PGM Real Estate Associates was founded in 2001 by two partners looking to buy investment properties throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. Their goal was to create passive incomes and increase community involvement by acquiring residential and multi-family investments. Since the development of PGM Real Estate, the company has established a name for itself by reaching several different sectors of the real estate industry.

This company always went above and beyond for me personally. I still can't believe J.P. is gone. He worked here for many years and helped a lot of people through his hardwork. He helped create jobs in the area. He took good care of his business and associates. I really enjoyed my time as a independent contractor in one of the projects J.P and Justin G. Managed. Very friendly and they dont waste your time. I would have given 5 stars but I can't due to the fact there application fee is steep. They wanted 50 dollars pp. To rent to a home in Coatesville for the housing choice program. 🤔 Section 8 already does extensive background checks annually and I felt it was way to expensive for something that is included when you have a voucher.

This company is just horrible. Moved into a unit that had broken lights, horrible wiring, exposed wiring, and just overall bad shape. The landlord Dan legitimately never answered a single phone call & was the worst landlord imaginable. Shelly was the only saving Grace as she was extremely responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, would not recommend this company to anyone.

We've all went through some tough times this year, so it's hard to make the bills work when your in a situation as big and as abruptly loosing an occupation, but I definitely can say that the staff at PGM did everything possible to accommodate my needs.. they were vocal about how things could be better, such as financial help. I've recently had a clog in my bathroom and they went above and beyond to make sure they helped.. (even offered to put me into a hotel!)..it seemed like they knew that I was in a tight situation and found empathy for my well being, I will definitely sign up for another year

I’ve been a tenant since March 2018. There have been issues with my my unit, but I can say PGM has responded promptly. Shelly, the office mgr. returns calls and emails in a timely manner; maintenance comes out and make necessary repairs. The unit is long overdue on upgrades, but that’s not the fault of PGM. My lease ends 2/28/21, we aren’t renewing, just hope the owners make the long overdue upgrades for their new tenants.

This place deserve a negative zero star, all they care about is money. I will never refer PGM to anyone not even my enemy if I had one. We rent a home and before we moved in they had to fix and clean the house on moving day we arrived at house nothing was done. The house was dirty the stove, washer and dryer was not working. We spoke to the manager/owner he said yeah I apologize and I was unaware of all this we will have everything fix in few days, it's been 7 months or so nothing was fix.

Let's be honest PGM has no clue what they are doing and understaffed I have been renting from them for 8 months now and fail to maintain the property since the date we moved in. We found out that the property was never inspected by the codes department before we have signed the lease they fail to show up for inspections and the issues are on going. We had the pleasure of talking to Justin the owner who is very rude and constantly telling me I don't know what I'm talking about and refused to do work on the property because we owe them money that is being held in a esscrow account

Rachel Morrison (Houses by Rachel and PGM) has been the realtor for my daughter and I since early Spring of 2016. I love working with her. She not only showed us numerous houses, but she answered all of our questions and was a big help with selecting a house, signing an aqreement of sale, having our house inspected, and helping us decide what needed to be done based upon the inspection. In addition, her humor and outlook on life helped us through looking at houses and applying for a mortgage. In addition, she helped us sell my daughter's house. We are so glad we have her for our realtor
