I just moved out of one of their apartments that I had lived in for over 4 years. Signature Real Estate took over ownership of the property halfway through that time. They were professional through the whole transition and made it simple for me. The maintenance man (Mike) was always friendly and responsive. When I ended my lease everyone was extremely kind and their communication was excellent. Dave and Suzie always responded within 24 hours - usually faster - whenever I left a voicemail or email. I just started renting a property a few days ago with Signature Group, and I was specifically helped by Suzie Pertz. She has been FANTASTIC and so helpful with the process. I was 6+ hours away from the property and was unable to see it in person until I got my keys. She meet with family/friends multiple times to make sure people saw the place for me, even in the middle of the day on her lunch break. She has been quick to respond to text and call, and continuously checked in to make sure I was doing okay/needed anything. She made the process easy for me. I’ve been living in the Royer Building for a year and have nothing but positive things to say about this apartment complex and management! They respond quickly and are really helpful. I had to move in quickly and they were willing to work with me getting in in such a short timeframe. Also, I have to relocate for my job and I found out after I would have had to give my 60 day notice. They were willing to work with me (which I could not be more grateful for!) and I was able to break the lease. I will keep them in mind if I move back to the area.

Lived in this group's property in Ephrata, PA from September 2019-August 2020. When I moved out, I thought there was an issue with a wrongly charged late fee on my account but the issue was on my end. Signature Group was kind enough to forgive the fee on my account and displayed fast and effective communication. Would rent with them again, the maintenance was good, and they were understanding. I have done many deals over 6 years with the owner David. He is punctual, professional, detail oriented and I don't think you can find a man who will work harder for you. He really knows the business and does his best to manage and upgrade buildings with cost second to quality. If there is an issue he will not only fix it he will research endlessly to use the highest quality products to last a lifetime! I have heard him say many times "its not the cheapest way to fix it but its the best way to fix it and never worry about it again"...can't speak highly enough about his character and professionalism

I lived at the Royer building for almost 10yrs and enjoyed living at the apartment. The property is in the heart of downtown Ephrata and is relatively quiet aside from some small events a couple times a year. I found them to be helpful and the only reason I left was to be closer to work. Thank you Signature Group for all your help while I was there.
