Chuck worked with me to purchase a building for my medical practice. Even when he stood to gain by moving me quickly to a decision, he counseled against a purchase I was ready to make, which would have been a mistake in retrospect. In a building that later was purchased, we had a second floor space open for rent. Chuck relentlessly sought, found, and negotiated with tenants who, I believe, will be a good fit for the space.
