Complete home inspection with Elite Level consists of a visual inspection from the roof to the foundation and everything in between. You will get your report sent to you through email with a secured login that can be accesses from anywhere. Reports are usually sent within 24 hours of the inspection.
A Four (4) Point inspection is often required when obtaining a new homeowner's insurance policy, or when renewing an existing policy. Four (4) Point requirements will vary from carrier to carrier usually starting at 30 years or older. The purpose of the inspection is to determine the approximate age, general condition, and remaining lifespan of these systems.

Seller beware! We overlooked the 1 1/2 hrs early arrival, the lack of introduction upon arrival, the fact he let himself in without our knowledge, leaving ceiling fans and lights on upon completion, including our pool light which we discovered several hours later at dark.
But we can't overlook the fact when he tested an outlet a GFCI tripped that he did not reset. Both our garage refrigerator and freezer ultimately were without power for more than 24 hrs. We lost all the food in the refrigerator and a majority of food in the freezer.

I had the pleasure of using Elite Level Home Inspection for two inspections recently. Ryan’s detail and knowledge to the first inspection saved me from making a very costly mistake on a home that our offer was accepted. By bringing to our attention various issues we realized what you see is not always what you get. We moved onto a second home and again Ryan gave us a detailed overview of the home. I had another inspector come inspect my newly built home before the drywall went up and he was good but when I hired Ryan to do the final walk-through, it was like night and day. Ryan was so thorough in his work and made sure that he addressed everything from cosmetic to structural. Not a lot of inspectors care about cosmetics but as the new homeowner, I did and I'm so glad that Ryan did too. His report was sent the same day and it was so detailed! I highly recommend Ryan of Elite Level Home Inspection for your home inspection needs. He provides a very detailed report with photos and 360 videos to help the home owner really understand the condition of the house. He is very personable and knowledgeable. The report was thorough and helped me to provide the home owner with a detailed list off changes I absolutely needed taken care of prior to close. Ryan is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He's a very personable & professional inspection specialist. He is very attentive to details and takes his time ensuring every aspect of his work is covered. The value of his services are second to none with all the extras you get like recall search on appliances, help with setting up new home electric, water, cable etc services, and warranties on work done. The seller whose home he inspected that I was buying requested to use him for his house buying inspection after he saw how thorough he was. That speaks levels. Highly recommend Ryan!

I was impressed with the service I received from Ryan. I called to make an appointment, and he was able to come the next day. He showed up on time and got right to work. When his inspection was done, I received my required documents quickly via email. I would definitely recommend Ryan to anyone who needs a home inspection or, in my case, a wind mitigation inspection.
