He joined the American Society of Home Inspectors, in 1993 he became the youngest person to become a fully certified member at that time. Mr Swain has trained & helped to launch the careers of dozens of inspectors along the East Coast of the USA.

We hired Bayside Building Consultants for a pre-purchase inspection. Simon produced a comprehensive, easy to understand report. In addition, he was responsive to questions and emails before and after the inspection. He provided contact information of other personnel, such as seawall engineer, if he did not cover the items with the inspection. He was a pleasure to work with and provided very helpful information comprehensive to the new property we were purchasing. I highly recommend his services. Definitely 5 stars!
