Hired this company for the inspection of the house we were buying, the biggest mistake we did was sharing the prior inspection with him.
He didn’t find anything major in his inspection!!!
After we moved I found that the ducts from the Aircondition had white mold we ended paying out of pocket $13,000.00 also we noticed the kitchen and living room ceiling had water stains again out of pocket we had to paid $14,700.00 to repair.
PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY…

Highly recommend. We needed a 4pt and wind mitigation for a home purchase and Bert was on time, thorough, and really explained everything that was needed in detail. Bert did our home inspection for our first home several years ago, and we had such a great experience, we used him for our inspections looking for our second home. He was really great at walking us through our first home inspection and explaining everything to us, which was such a relief as buying your first home can be scary, not knowing exactly what to look for to make sure you are buying something with proper work done to it. He is always punctual, professional, and does a great job explaining things so that you understand and don’t feel overwhelmed for this part of the buying process.

Mr Dooley did an amazing job with my inspection. It was my first home and I had tons of questions Bert was friendly and made me sure comfortable so I could ask every question that came to mind. Bert Dooley is the absolute man when it comes down to home inspections. My fiance and I are in the middle of buying our home, and we needed an inspector to go and inspect the house we were about to buy for insurance purposes.
