Fitness Stop is an fitness training business that provides personal trainers and weight loss coaches to clients at their place of work or home. We strive to help our clients reach their fitness goals by maximizing their level of fitness with specially designed programs. For the past 5 years Fitness Stop has been changing lives of individuals with the help of specially designed fitness programs. Specializing in weight loss. We also offer programs that focus on weight training, sports training, boxing fundamentals, boot camps and group training. Fitness Stop mission is to provide Our clients with well trained, certified personal trainers to help them get the results they want and deserve.
Robert played college footbal at University of Maryland College Park for three years before embarking on a journey to play football in the NFL and the Arena Football League. After overcoming many obstacles playing college football and pursuing the professional football arena, Robert decided to dedicate his fitness knowledge and training skills acquired from football towards helping individuals reach their fitness goals.
Very Professional, Will definitely get you results! I joined Fitness Stop about 2 months ago, and I must say it has been a good decision. My goals were to get in shape, and lose some weight. A healthier lifestyle is a great byproduct of all these efforts. My diet has always been clean, but i hated going to the gym.

My fiancé and I started working with Fitness Stop in late May 2020, with both trainers Rob Armstrong and Rob Wright. We were looking for trainers who could help us get into shape, lose weight and look forward to exercising. Both Robs were very interested in learning about our goals and how they could help us achieve them. In the beginning, I think it's fair to say we were both out of shape.

Robert and Garid were each fantastic at getting me into shape! I was actually coming off a few injuries when I started working out with them and they did a great job of building strength in my supporting muscles so that I could start working out again. In about 3 months with them, I gained a lot of muscle, improved my endurance, and saw muscle definition in my arms, legs, abs, and butt that were NOT there before. I would highly recommend them if you're looking to get into shape!

Excellent staff, very adamant on helping you reach your goal. Perfect motivators and even help you out with a meal plan. No need to have a gym membership as they have their own facility. Highly Recommend.
