We are a family owned and operated business, and it is our promise to provide your family the best Home Inspection we can provide. We do this by taking time to answer your questions and concerns from your first call until well after the home inspection has been completed. We maintain national certification with InterNACHI in addition to a Florida State License, and many hours of continuing education and additional certifications.
A Pre-Listing Consultation is visual walk through with the seller before the property is listed or just after it has been listed. It is a great way to avoid the "Big Surprise" of what the buyer's home inspector might find. This type of inspection can only be completed by inspectors with a valid pest control identification card designating them as having received special training to perform such inspections.
A home inspection is an evaluation of the home and helps assure buyers that the property is in good condition and if is not in good condition or safe a home inspection will inform buyers as to what areas they should focus repairs on. A home inspection is a complete visual examination of a house including all the systems and components within the house.
Banks today have to work with much different guidelines than just a few years ago. Because of the housing collapse the banks were forced to change the way they approved future buyers for a mortgage. But, as the government put new regulations in place, they also setup several programs to help people re-build their credit, receive down payment assistance, and teach buyers about what to expect when buying a home.
Home buyers can buy a home worry-free when they have it inspected by a participating InterNACHI member. If they're not happy within the first 90 days after buying it, InterNACHI will buy back the home at full price. They are truly the BEST around! Not to mention very honest people. I called because I was told I needed a 4 point inspection on a home I was about to purchase. After speaking with them they advised me that it actually was not required. I am so thankful they were honest and I saved money. Even though they did not get my business this time they will have my business in the future and I highly recommend them!!!! Heidi was great and very knowledgeable.

My husband and I are buying a home and SNS Home Inspections made their process for Wind Mitigation and 4 Point Inspection very easy going on us. Our inspector Mike was very professional, helpful and informative of our property. Heidi also did a great job helping me through the schedule process to make sure everything was taken care of. Thoroughly enjoyed the heads up also for when our inspector would be out, that's a huge plus for us so we could be prepared. Update to owners response: as a seller, and someone who knows my house isn't perfect, I already mentioned that I didn't fully discredit some of the findings in the report that were shared with us. My feelings weren't hurt that there wrong screw was found or the roof vent was patched with mastic from the previous owner. What IS concerning is starting that there is evidence of a ceiling repair grin a previous leak when our was CLEARLY a bad patch job from the previous owner moving a wall and dryer vent. Or stating my house full of belongings when there's very little furniture in the home. I'd be

Very rude and unprofessional. Heidi and Mike canceled at 8:21am today. My appointment was scheduled for 9am today. Their policy requires payment "to hold slot" for the appointment, which means they want full payment before you even see an actual inspector (which according to 6-7 other home inspection companies and several realtors is not a normal policy).
Beware and save yourself time and energy and use a different inspection company!
Edited: Heidi called my broker (whom I don't even know as I've been dealing with a specific realtor) and is threatening lawyer action, although

If I could I would give this company more than 5 starts! From the first phone call, this company has been incredible! Rhonda in the office explained the different inspections to me. She was knowledgeable and professional! She understood me from the minute we spoke! Fast forward now to the inspection we met Mike! What an awesome guy, SNS is lucky to have him. I can not say enough about SNS Home Inspections. They have integrity, reliability, innovation, and excellent customer service. I followed Gary around the inspection which was done on a Sunday. He was very gracious and knowledgeable. I felt that based on his determinations, if i wanted to back out of the sale, it was worth every penny for their inspection and I would not have lost out. They were so professional and helpful. Personally, I feel they are the standard all home inspections should achieve. I did buy the house and thanks to the great inspection, I started out with a good list, no surprises

I came across SNS Home Inspections right here on Yelp. I saw they had amazing reviews, even though they don't have a lot of them, and decided to call them up. I called on Thursday and they were able to schedule me in that Saturday at 9am. Mike showed up right on time. (I believe he might be the owner, not sure). He immediately got to work and I would say within the first 20 minutes or so he already had news for us. They were not good. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and very honest, which I appreciated. We had also scheduled the termite inspection with them and decided to cancel it since

SNS inspections made the process of buying a home in Florida from Illinois seamless. There were multiple issues with our home, that Mike took the time to explain and show us the problems. SNS also came to do reinspections after we thought our original repairs were completed. They really saved us!
