Frank Carr just completed an assessment on a manufactured home that I'm interested in purchasing. Not only did he arrive on time for the appointment, but he was professional, and most importantly, thorough. Getting a property inspected does not always bring forth good news, esp. if said property is several years old or wasn't maintained. But, since it is a necessary evil in the real estate process, it's wise to hire a competent company - First Choice Home Inspections is that company. I've had experience with other home inspectors in the past & the service they provided was less than desirable,

It was a pleasure working with Frank Carr. He was very professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable. Frank did a home inspection, wind mitigation and a 4 point inspection. Frank took the the time to do a very through job inspecting the roof, pool, crawl space, structural, plumbing, A/C and chimney. He gave great detail explanations of his inspection and gave amazing recommendation on all fixes. He was very courteous and we had a wonderful experience. I would recommend Frank to my friends and family for sure.

I don't typically do reviews on people, however moving from New York to buy in Florida was very scary for us so after reading all the reviews we decided to go with Frank. And let me just say we had him do 3 home inspections and was truly satisfy with his work and how humble and great of a person he was. so if you're looking for a home inspector Frank is the way to go for sure.Also thanks to his wife who always picked up to answer any questions we might have had and remind us a day before. Frank and Diana have been amazing. They should have way more reviews. Diana was extremely polite and professional when I first called to schedule (she answered phone on first ring both times I had to call). Frank showed up on time and made the inspection process go smooth. He is very detail oriented and was willing to explain/answer any questions I had. This is my first house and I would use First Choice Home Inspections again anytime. Thanks again!! You rock!

When you first call First Choice you will be greeted by Diane, Frank's wife, she will greet you happily and work with accommodating your schedule. I always say first impressions matter!! Had Frank do two inspections for us and he was very thorough and explained everything to us in way we understood. Took time out to check everything in detail, even things you would never think to check. He provided the reports to us in a timely manner & their prices are pretty reasonable too!! Well worth the expense before purchasing any home.
