I am a realtor. I met the inspector for the inspection for my buyer. They had an accepted offer on a home they were purchasing. I was very impressed from start to finish with Two Firefighters Home Inspectors. The price was reasonable, they Confirmed the appointment - sent a reminder - showed up on time - did a thorough inspection and explained everything to me. I received the full report the same day. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for my buyers inspections.

Paul is an amazing inspector. The first home we were ready to buy had many hidden issues that he found. He saved us from buying a horrible house. Great home inspection service. We received a previous buyer's inspection for a property and it didn't look too bad, but we wanted to get a second opinion. Brian found some major issues with the property that were not included on the previous report. He took the time to walk us through the property and pointed out the major issues we didn't recognize at first. He also provided a super detailed report with his findings that was helpful in making our final decision. We're taking a break from house hunting for now, but definitely going to utilize this inspection service when we start looking again

Our realtor recommended Two Firefighters Home Inspection. To say the least we were very impressed! They were able to complete our home inspection within a couple days of requesting it and we also got our inspection report back the same day! The inspection report was very thorough and even provided courtesy information. The best part is this small community business is owned and operated by firefighters! They are hands down the best home inspection company in the Orlando area!

Incredibly happy with this company. Hired to inspect our first home purchase- felt they did a great job and took some stress off this part of the process. Booking the appointment was quick and easy. The inspection was extremely thorough, and the resulting report was just as thorough with tons of pictures. Inspector was on time, very kind and willing to answer any and all questions.
