The houses are not being cleaned, and they need to be more maintained. The majority of the things in the home are broken, and they are definitely not washing the comforters. It’s all all money with this company, and they are not putting the money back into the homes.

I wouldn't recommend booking any properties with them. I reached out twice to book a property with them and they never confirmed or answered my questions. Not good customer service at all!

We rented a 5 bedroom house in Irvine for 3 months while we were undergoing a remodel. We had various issues from time to time but Scott Hockett always responded In a timely manner and was very supportive. He's a person who cares and it was a pleasure to work with him.

Hey, I would say this is the best vacation rental experience we've ever had. The house is beautiful, clean and located in great community! The price is not cheap, however, it's much better to rent a nice home rather than a house in bad shape with couple hundreds less. My wife and I stayed in the 3bedroom home in cypress village. We loved the place and wondering to come back again. BTW, Frank is supper helpful, he helped us with all the reservation process, check in, extra cleaning schedules,etc. We really appreciated his work.

So far horrible.
No parking permit, no fob for access to pool and garage, and no key to apartment.
Called, and were told we’ll get you that stuff tomorrow or the next day!!

I stayed at S State College Apartment #873939 2017-11-28 arrival, 2017-12-02 departure. On 2nd, I left some bottles in the dishwasher when I did remember about them, but felt rushed to get out when the cleaner showed up at 11 am sharp.
Around 2 pm, I started trying to get a hold of any one who can help getting my stuffs, I waited for almost 3 hours, waited for a call back from the management, which didn't happen. Whoever could answer my phone or text message, couldn't get a hold of any one onsite or the cleaner. Not till 10 almost 11 pm that night I got a text from Edward, informing

I eill never use this company again. Ive been back from vacation a week now and they still haven't returned my 300.00 deposit. I called and the guy Michael said oh im sorry we will take care of this right now but since its memorial day the refund will be refunded in 10 business days. So here i sit waiting almost 3 weeks for them to return my deposit. VERY BAD BUSINESS. They didn't take that long to take the money out of my account but they sure are taking a long time to refund my cleaning deposit makes no sense very terrible business will never use this company again I will stick with
