I have had a great experience with their team so far. Moving in the middle of a pandemic is not something I was looking forward to but Nancy has been a huge help. She was professional, responsive, and straight forward with me seeing units. I can't thank her enough for making this process safe and easy.

I read the negative reviews and my personal experience with Billy and his team was great. We rented a place from them in Irvine a few years ago, and not only was Billy and his team very responsive if repairs we're needed, he worked with us on getting the place ready to move into.

My partner and I recently moved in and we couldn't be happier. It's all thanks to Nancy Kim who made us feel right at home and was there every step of the way to help us move in. Her professionalism and friendliness was a huge factor in us choosing this apartment, which so far has been a dream place to live in. Super spacious, beautiful countertops, new appliances.. the works. We searched for over 6 weeks for the "perfect" place and we found it.

Stay Clear! The property management is not even close to professional.
Fact they have no idea how to run a business, Non-stop problems the whole time I lived at their property.
Total lack of communication, high employee turnover, OHSA violations, the original guy I singed on with left with in 3 months!
The "owner" of this company, Billy's Dad is the "Board" so go figure we got some orange county 30 something year old who "owns" the business his daddy help set up.

Nancy was very responsive, accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire viewing, application, and move-in process. Not only was she professional, she made sure to answer any questions we had about the property and move-in. I've been using infinity residential for the last 2 years. Brian and Luis take excellent care of the maintenance request/repairs and Nancy runs the leasing and day to day with tenants. No complaints, only praise for these guys. Everyone works in sync and I am never left out of the loop. Big props to Nancy for still being able to get my properties leased out in a safe and timely manner amongst this crap that is going around.

I had the most effortless, easy transition moving into a Infinity Residential property. Nancy is amazing. She stayed in constant contact with me through the whole process. Answered all the questions I had ( there were plenty). My children and I immediately felt comfortable and we felt like we were home.There were a couple maintenance issues, that were fixed the next day. I know I made the right decision with my move and will recommend Infinity Residential ( and Nancy) to my friends and colleagues.

As a tenant, I wish I could give them 0 star. I lived a house managed by this company in Irvine. I had no problem with the house itself. But this management company is not responsive. They basically seemed okay not maintaining the house as long as we pay in time. I had to break the lease after 8 months because of my career move. And I had to pay for 4 months as a breaking fee. That is understandable. But they asked me to pay $1,650 for moveout cleaning. Which is absurd because the house was clean already. I still don't understand why it had costed $120 to replace some doorstops. They were even

Infinity Residential I put request to fix my garage it took more then 2 months. They did not take this matter as urgent. They would schedule me for a day and they canceled that day. It caused me time to miss at work and miss my income. They are not professional or friendly. I put request thur phone and they would come and not fix damage inside my apartment. I moved this apartment in Long Beach area was not to be rented. It still has work to do fix and owner does not want fix. They take a long time to fix. I would not recommend no one to rent with them. If i could give zero stars would for management

On top of providing excellent work and competitive pricing, Billy and his team are responsive and took the time to explain any issues they came across during the renovation. In addition, they provided solutions to those issues, and yes sometimes it will cost you more to do the job right! This company is honest, reliable and genuinely cares about their clients. Very bad experience. The owner can nener be got through via telephone. Their staff seem not professional and their system made mistakes more than one times trying to charge more. Their staff never know where their mistake and problem is, seems it's customer's responsibility to help them to find and solve problems. never say appologize for their own faulties. We stayed at one of their properties two weeks ago in Newport Beach and everything was perfect from start to finish. We arrived a little early and they let us go in without any issues. The place was clean, renovated and super easy instructions were on point to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. We will definitely reach out next time we're in town.

I had a terrible experience with Infinity. Billy Rosenberg seemed enthusiastic and capable at the start, but once we signed a contract, everything changed. I was charged more than quoted for repairs/updates to get the house ready; I had to ask numerous times for an itemized list of what was done. Finally, I got a sloppy accounting that didn't add up. Then they started ignoring my calls and emails. It was so frustrating and unprofessional. Now it's tax time, and I've emailed Billy to ask when they'll be sending out their 1099s, and again... no reply. I've already received

I was looking for a property management company last year and was ready to give up and sell my rental unit after an unsuccessful attempt of using a realtor and getting nowhere. Billy has been so incredibly helpful in helping us with our rental property - from preparing it to renting it out, to handling maintenance emergencies. This is our first time renting our home out and, naturally, our first time using a property management company. We soooo lucked out! Billy has made each step of the process so much easier - he is knowledgeable about the market, knows all the right vendors and is very easy to work with. We live in Norther California, so he's had to help facilitate many things from afar and it is hardly noticeable
