I originally came upon HPM on Yelp in 2013, and took a leap of faith, entrusted my brand new condo with Mike and never looked back. Mike is trustworthy, responsive, diligent, communicative, pro-active, professional, and his fees are beyond reasonable, compared to what other property managements charge. He tries his best to find good tenants, and always advises rent at fair market amount. And all throughout the pandemic, he never dropped the ball and stayed on top of everything.
