We will accept maximum of two pets per apartment (combined weights cannot exceed 65 lbs fully grown). NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS will be accepted to include: 1. Dalmatian 2. Boxer 3. Presa Canario 4. Chow Chow 5. Doberman Pinschers 6. Alaskan Malamutes 7. Huskies 8. German Shepards 9. Rottweilers 10. Pit Bulls.
We are now offering both virual tours and live, in person tours by appointment only. My husband and I lived at the Reserve at Wauwatosa Village for seven years until we recently moved out of state. We absolutely enjoyed our time at the Reserve. The office and maintenance staff were incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind. They work hard to make sure the property is looking good and working well. The apartments are well laid out with ample space and good design. The community is filled with lovely neighbors and there are occasional social events that are available to all - food trucks, holiday parties, etc. There are quite a few dogs, ours included, but there were never issues

My wife and I had the pleasure of living at the Reserve for four years. During that time we were impressed by the responsiveness of the maintenance staff, the excellent diligence with snow plowing and removal, and most of all, an exceptionally friendly and helpful manager. The manager, Tim, was always very responsive to any concerns we had. During our stay we felt like management treated us more like neighbors than tenants, it was a very nice place to call home. If a change in work and school had not required us to move, we would still be living there.

I love The Reserve at Wauwatosa Village. My partner and I really appreciate how responsive the entire team is to everything - including minor fixes, extra keys, etc. Tim, the property manager, is one of the best I've encountered locally. He's funny, but still super professional. Most importantly, you can tell he ACTUALLY cares - and he continues to care once you've already signed your lease.

Im not big fan of gated communities. However this a very nice place to live. The architecture ia beautiful. Just down the road is a park to run, jog, or walk the dog. Also just down the road is Metro Market, Metcalf's, Walgreens, UPS, Out Post, and a number of other retail accommodations. Yes there are train tracks in front (South entrance) but I doubt anyone can hear that indoors. What's inside the Reserve you'll have to find out for your self; so come check it out.

I have lived here for 3 years, and my husband and I love the apartment and all the staff that run it. Our apartment was spacious and faced the park. Common areas are always clean and the amenities are great, particularly the free Starbucks coffee and hot cocoa. They have a great way of tracking packages. The staff is always so accommodating and know everyone by name. Tim is the best manager. Maintenance service is always fulfilled in a timely fashion. Highly recommend this place!

Love this apartment! Every interaction we have had with the management has been positive. They are helpful and kind, quick to assist. The complex itself is a beautiful, gated community with amazing amenities. We love the easy, convenient, and plentiful parking for ourselves and guests, and the newly renovated apartments are gorgeous! The fireplace, big bathrooms, and open, updated kitchen are my favorite features! It's hard to believe this lovely place was in our price range! So glad we found such a great place to call home!

I have lived at the Reserve in Wauwatosa since June of this year, and I really enjoy it. The apartments are very spacious and have a cozy home feeling. The common areas are always clean. The free flat lot parking is wondeful and can be very hard to find. The new packaging system that has been installed is great! Overall, my living experience here is amazing!
